Project Overview
- Area: Stockbridge (EH3)
- Property: Colony flat
- Room: Family bathroom

The Brief
- Bathroom hadn't been updated in over 20 years — faded tiles, worn vinyl flooring and yellowing grout
- Bathtub with shower over bath was difficult to step in and out of
- Customer wanted a proper walk-in shower with a level-access tray
- A feature wall to add character without overwhelming the small space

- Bath removed and replaced with walk-in shower enclosure
- Chrome frameless glass shower screen with hinged door
- Low-profile white shower tray with chrome waste
- Split-face grey stone-effect feature tiles inside the shower and as a feature strip
- White large-format wall tiles throughout remaining walls
- Thermostatic rainfall shower with chrome riser rail and handset
- Chrome grab rail fitted inside shower for safety
- Anthracite floor-standing vanity unit with integrated basin and chrome mixer tap

★★★★★
“The old bathroom was embarrassing — peeling vinyl, yellowed grout, the lot. Now it looks like something out of a magazine. The stone feature wall in the shower is our favourite part. We can't believe it's the same room.”Mark & Julie S. Stockbridge (EH3)
