Your Enquiry Details

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number and postcode. You can also choose a bathroom type and write a message. If you call, email or use WhatsApp, we receive the details you send through that service.

We use those details to respond, discuss your bathroom, arrange visits and prepare a quote. If you become a customer, we also use the necessary address, product and project information to carry out the agreed work. Do not include bank details, medical records or other sensitive documents in the enquiry form.

Services Used by This Website

Formspree processes the website form so your enquiry can reach the business. WhatsApp handles messages sent through its service. These providers process information under their own service and privacy arrangements.

If you apply for finance, the provider and the information required will be explained as part of that application. Sending a bathroom enquiry is not a finance application.

Analytics and Your Cookie Choice

Optional Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people use and whether they click a contact action. It loads only if you choose “Allow analytics”. It can process device and browsing information; we do not describe that information as completely anonymous.
