Your written quote sets out the products, work and price for your bathroom.
Your Quote
Fitted Bathrooms Edinburgh provides a written quote following assessment of the room. Check the listed products, fitting work, exclusions and price before accepting it. The quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
Work that is not included in the written quote is discussed separately. If removing the old bathroom reveals damaged floors, leaking pipework or other hidden problems, we explain the repair and any additional cost before carrying out that extra work.
Dates and Access
The start date and expected duration are confirmed before fitting. If a problem or supply delay affects the plan, we explain it and agree the revised arrangements.
Please provide safe access, clear personal belongings from the room and tell us about known leaks, asbestos or structural problems. Product choices need to be agreed in time for ordering and fitting.
Payment
For a cash purchase, no deposit is required. Payment is due on completion, after installation, testing and your inspection of the work. Confirm the payment method and arrangements in the written agreement.
If you choose finance and are approved, payments follow the separate lender agreement. Review its terms and total cost before signing. The advertised weekly starting figure does not establish the terms of your individual loan.
Fitting and Aftercare
The agreed work includes protecting the work area and removing the waste specified in the quote. The bathroom is checked at completion, and relevant product care and guarantee information is provided.
The period and scope of any workmanship guarantee are stated in your quote. Product guarantees are separate and follow the manufacturer’s terms. Guarantees do not replace your statutory consumer rights.
Changing or Cancelling the Job
Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel the work. You can cancel before installation starts without a charge. Once work has begun, we explain the work completed and any materials ordered specifically for the job.
Your statutory cancellation rights also depend on how the contract was made and whether you asked for work to begin during a cancellation period. Those rights are not removed by this page. See GOV.UK consumer rights guidance, or obtain advice about your circumstances.

These terms are governed by Scots law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
