Our Story
Fitted Bathrooms Edinburgh started in 2011 with a simple idea: fit beautiful bathrooms at honest prices, using our own team, with no showroom overheads inflating the cost. We're based in Roseburn, Edinburgh — Unit 5, Devon Place, EH12 5HJ — and every bathroom we fit is designed, planned, and installed by our own local fitters.
Since then, we've fitted over 500 bathrooms across Edinburgh and the Lothians. We've worked in top-floor Marchmont tenements, Georgian New Town townhouses, 1930s Corstorphine semis, and modern new-builds in Livingston. We know Edinburgh's housing stock inside out because we've been fitting bathrooms in these properties for over a decade.
We don't operate a showroom — that saves you thousands. Instead, we come to your home, measure up at your kitchen table, and give you a fixed price quote on the spot. What we quote is what you pay. And you don't pay a penny until you're completely happy with the finished result.
Every bathroom is fitted by our own employed team. You'll meet them at the design visit and they'll be the same people who fit your bathroom. No strangers, no surprises.
We don't ask for deposits and we don't take staged payments. You inspect the finished bathroom, and only when you're completely satisfied do you pay. That's our guarantee of quality.
