Preparing an Older Bathroom for New Fittings
A new bathroom can work with an older flat without copying the old layout. We assess the floor, pipe routes and available space before suggesting changes.
Walls and flooring checked
New wall panels and flooring need a suitable base. We check the visible surfaces at the visit and explain how any hidden damage will be dealt with if it is found during removal.
Your written bathroom quote
We measure the room and list the chosen products and fitting work. Any additional repair found during removal is explained before that extra work goes ahead.
Bathroom Fitting Questions in Marchmont
How do I get a bathroom quote?
Call 0131 357 3869 or send your name, phone number and postcode using the form. Tell us what you want to change and we will discuss a home visit.
Do I need to choose the suite before contacting you?
No. A few photographs and an idea of whether you want a bath or shower are enough to start. We can work through products after measuring the room.
What will happen while the bathroom is being fitted?
We agree access and the installation plan before starting. You will know when the toilet, washing facilities or water supply are expected to be unavailable.
